Deposits
Valid credit or debit card details are required when making a reservation and rooms will be charged for in full if not cancelled in time. We advise holiday insurance arrangements be made.

Tariffs
All the rates quoted are per room and include en suite accomodation, VAT and breakfast. Morning newspapers and early morning calls can be ordered if required. Service gratuity is at the guest's discretion.

Payment
Cheques can only be accepted for accounts if covered by a recognised cheque guarantee card. However, we do accept most credit and debit cards, including Access, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, JCB and American Express.

Cancellations
Rooms must be cancelled by 6pm on the day before arrival.
